2009-11-25 Decision on the motion for leave to intervene, Cro, The motions for leave to intervene of the Barreau du Québec, the Association québécoise des avocats et avocates en droit de l'immigration and the Canadian Council for Refugees are granted and the said interveners shall be entitled to each serve and file a factum not to exceed 10 pages in length on or before December 30, 2009.
The requests to present oral argument are deferred to a date following receipt and consideration of the written arguments of the parties and the interveners.
