This table illustrates the governance structure, human resources and planned initiatives for a gender-based analysis plus.

The section under Governance structures indicates that the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada ("Office") does not currently have a GBA+ plan. The Office expects to build a plan in 2018/19 that will be implemented over the next three years. In 2018/19, the Office will: 1) provide training to managers and key program employees; 2) create a focus group to discuss how and where the Office can apply a GBA+ analysis to improve its program; and 3) create an organizational plan for GBA+ to be implemented in the coming years.

The section under Human Resources indicates that the Human Resources Branch will be responsible for coordinating the training and focus group as well as the development plan for approval by the Executive Committee. Three (3) part-time resources will be dedicated to this project equivalent to 0.75 FTE.

The section under Planned Initiatives indicates that in 2018/19 the Office will: 1) provide training to managers; 2) conduct a focus group; and 3) create a GBA+ action plan.
