Answer: No. Question 2: If so, does the discrimination come within only such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society under section 1 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Part I of the Constitution Act, 1982, being Schedule B of the Canada Act 1982 (U.K.), 1982, c. 11? Answer: The second constitutional question need not be answered. Dismissed, without costs |
