Attorney General of Canada and Groupe Polygone Éditeurs Inc. (32975) and Globe and Mail, a Division of CTVglobemedia Publishing Inc. v. Attorney General of Canada and Groupe Polygone Éditeurs inc. (33114).
The motions for leave to intervene of the Barreau du Québec and Gesca Ltée and Joël-Denis Bellavance are granted and the said two groups of interveners shall each be entitled to serve and file a factum not to exceed 10 pages in length on or before September 28, 2009, in appeal Globe and Mail, a Division of CTVglobemedia Publishing Inc. v. Attorney General of Canada and Groupe Polygone Éditeurs inc. (33097).
