The motions for leave to intervene of the Canadian Bar Association, the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, the Advocates’ Society, the Law Society of Alberta, the Information and Privacy Commissioner for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Privacy Association and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association are granted and the said nine (9) interveners or groups of interveners shall be entitled to each serve and file a factum not exceeding ten (10) pages in length on or before March 16, 2016.
