Any further intervener granted leave to intervene under Rule 59 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada must also serve and file its respective factum, not to exceed ten (10) pages, and book of authorities, if any, on or before August 19, 2020.

Pursuant to Rule 59(1)(a) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada, the intervener shall pay to the appellant and the respondent any additional disbursements resulting from their intervention.
