The time set out in Rule 76(1) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada is extended pursuant to Rule 6(1) of the Rules.

The motion for an order extending the suspension of the implementation of the Court’s opinion that art. 35 para. 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, CQLR, c. C 25.01, is constitutionally invalid is granted, on a peremptory basis, for a period of twelve (12) months from the original deadline set by this Court in the judgment dated June 30, 2021. No further extension will be allowed.
