Mr. Moazami was convicted of 30 counts of prostitution-related offences, sexual exploitation, sexual assault, and sexual interference involving 11 complainants. He was sentenced to 17 years and 339 days of imprisonment. The Court of Appeal dismissed the conviction appeal, and the applications to admit fresh evidence.
