(SEALING ORDER)

At the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, Mr. Klos applied for leave to appeal the dismissal of his application for a 22-year extension of time to file a summary conviction appeal. His conviction appeal rested, in part, on his submission that his guilty plea was uninformed, as he believed his criminal record would be expunged three years after conviction.

The application for leave to appeal was dismissed.
