The applicant was an inmate at the Saskatchewan Federal Penitentiary. The applicant filed a complaint with The Saskatchewan Registered Nurses’ Association regarding a nurse’s conduct when she gave some medication to him. The investigation committee dismissed the complaint with reasons. The applicant’s application for judicial review of the dismissal of his complaint was dismissed. His appeal was dismissed.
