(PUBLICATION BAN IN CASE) (PUBLICATION BAN ON PARTY)
The applicant, N.N., is the father of S.N. He applied to the Superior Court for access to his child pursuant to arts. 600 and 604 of the Civil Code of Québec. S.N. apparently resides in Montréal with his mother, K.L., the respondent. The Superior Court dismissed N.N.’s application on the ground that the child, S.N., had reached the age of majority. The Court of Appeal dismissed N.N.’s application for leave to appeal out of time given that no reviewable error had been made by the trial judge.
