When 14 years old, a complainant alleged that C.L. had sexually touched and sexually assaulted her when she was 13 years old. C.L. was convicted for sexual interference and a charge of sexual assault was stayed. The Court of Appeal allowed an appeal, set aside the conviction and ordered a new trial.
