Mr. Lee issued a Statement of Claim alleging that the respondent mishandled his case arising from his eviction from a KISS concert. Mr. Lee alleged various grounds of professional negligence. At the conclusion of the trial, Justice Jensen dismissed Mr. Lee’s claim in its entirety. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
