Applicant Peter Wu brought applications before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, alleging that his rights under the Human Rights Code had been infringed by employees, officials, and a council member of the City of Toronto. Those applications, and Mr. Wu’s requests for reconsideration, were dismissed.
Mr. Wu sought judicial review of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario’s decisions. The Divisional Court dismissed Mr. Wu’s applications for judicial review. The Court of Appeal for Ontario dismissed Mr. Wu’s motion for leave to appeal from the Divisional Court’s judgment.
