Mr. West communicated with the 17-year old complainant through an adult website, by text, and by Facebook messages. The complainant sent him sexual photos of herself in exchange for money. Police found sexual images of the complainant on Mr. West’s phone and other child pornography on his computer. Mr. West was convicted for child luring and on two counts of possession of child pornography. A summary conviction appeal was dismissed. The Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal.
