(SEALING ORDER)
Based on pleas of guilty, the applicant was convicted of uttering threats to cause bodily harm and of criminal harassment. The applicant was given a suspended sentence and was placed on probation for three years. He appealed his conviction and requested leave to appeal the sentence. The appeal was dismissed and leave to appeal the sentence was denied.
