The Complaints Investigation Committee of the Law Society of Manitoba suspended Mr. Jhanji from the practice of law pending the completion of disciplinary proceedings on three charges of incompetence. A Court of Queen’s Bench judge dismissed Mr. Jhanji’s appeal of the interim suspension. Mr. Jhanji appealed the dismissal by the reviewing judge. The appeal was dismissed.
