The applicant, Shu He Huang, appealed a Social Benefits Tribunal decision to the Divisional Court. The Divisional Court dismissed Ms. Huang’s appeal. Ms. Huang brought a motion before the Court of Appeal for an extension of time to seek leave to appeal. The motion was dismissed. A subsequent motion for review was also dismissed.
