The appellant shall file the original and ten (10) copies of the printed version of those portions of the record, including the portions of the affidavit of Giuliana Carbone dated December 3, 2018, that the appellant intends to rely upon at the hearing of the appeal. For clarity, this is in addition to the requirement to file a condensed book as provided in Rule 45 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada. c.
