However, documents may be filed via the Electronic Filing Portal or via the E-filing lockers at the East Entrance. Parties are reminded to include Monday, October 2, 2023 in their computation of time.
Electronic Filing Portal: The Supreme Court of Canada has developed an Electronic Filing Portal that makes it easier for parties to file documents. The web-based portal allows users to upload multiple documents per case and should be used for all filings (with some exceptions).

T1204 – Government Services Contract Payments
In an effort to reduce paper, the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada (ORSCC) will no longer be providing a copy of the T1204 slip to recipients. The ORSCC submits T1204 information to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). For general questions related to T1204 slips, please refer to CRA.
