A mon avis, les présents pourvois comportent des questions spéciales concernant la "théorie des objets bien en vue" qui, selon les réponses qui leurs seront apportées, peuvent avoir des répercussions importantes sur la législation de la province de Québec, qui a codifié ce concept dans certaines de ses lois. Il serait utile que la Cour puisse bénéficier de l'opinion du procureur général du Québec sur ce point. L'intervenant peut déposer un mémoire d'au plus 15 pages traitant de la question des "objets bien en vue". La plaidoirie sera limitée à 10 minutes. Les appelants peuvent, s'ils le jugent utile, déposer un mémoire en réponse d'au plus 10 pages. Le mémoire de l'intervenant doit être déposé et signifié d'ici le 12 janvier 1996. Le mémoire en réponse le cas écheant, d'ici le 25 janvier 1996. L'intervenant paiera aux appelants les débours que l'intervention entrainera. Il est convenu que lorsque l'intervenant aura reçu le mémoire de l'intimée, il l'examinera afin de déterminer s'il est nécessaire d'ajouter quelque chose à l'intervention. Sinon, l'intervenant en avisera la Cour et les appelants, et les pourvois poursuivront leurs cours normal.
