Mr. Jhanji was called to the Manitoba Bar in May 2015. In December 2018, the Complaints Investigation Committee of the Law Society of Manitoba issued a citation that charged Mr. Jhanji with failing to perform legal services competently. Mr. Jhanji was found to be incompetent to practice law in Manitoba and was suspended. His appeals were dismissed as was his request for a rehearing.
