| 2002-09-27 |
Decision on motion to extend time to file and /or serve the leave application, Bi, The applicant seeks an extension of time to September 30, 2002 to file the order of the Court of Appeal for Ontario dated December 9, 2001. This is necessary to complete her leave application which was filed February 15, 2002. The explanation for the delay in filing this order is rather weak, but having regard to the fact that the application itself (albeit deficient in its failure to include a copy of the order as entered) was filed in a timely way, and that the respondent has indicated no basis of prejudice, the motion is granted without costs. Granted |
