Decision on the miscellaneous motion, Les requérants présentent des requêtes incorporant des conclusions diverses greffées à une demande d'autorisation d'appel. Ces requêtes incluent notamment une demande de prolongation de délai d'appel et des conclusions qui semblent viser un sursis de toutes les procédures entamées contre eux et des jugements rendus dans les procès où ils sont engagés et dont ils veulent interjeter appel. Au vu des documents soumis, la demande de sursis de procédure et d'exécution n'est pas justifiée. Une demande similaire a d'ailleurs été déjà refusée par la Cour d'appel du Québec. De toute façon, cette demande ne rencontre pas les critères fixés par la jurisprudence pour l'application de l'article 65.1 de la Loi sur Cour suprême du Canada, L.R.C. 1985, c. S-26. Pour ces motifs, la demande de suspension des procédures et de sursis d'exécution est rejetée, frais à suivre et la demande de prorogation de délai pour signifier la demande d'autorisation d'appel est accordée. Les autres demandes et conclusions des requérants sont déférées à la formation de cette Cour qui sera saisie de la demande d'autorisation d'appel, celle-ci devant être examinée dans les délais et suivant la procédure prévus à la Loi et aux Règles de la Cour.
