Judgments and orders – Summary judgment – Respondent moving to have Applicant’s statement of claim dismissed
Mr. Hudgins brought an action for damages against Ontario in the amount of $100,000 for, inter alia, continual criminal harassment, collusion, bad faith and fraud with respect to the actions of court house personnel and the Crown. Ontario brought a motion to strike the statement of claim.
