Civil procedure – Time – Discontinuance – Leave to appeal – Whether Court of Appeal erred in finding that action deemed to be discontinued under art. 274.3 C.C.P.

The applicant Mr. Touri stopped working a first time on the recommendation of his attending physician. According to Mr. Touri, this was the result of psychological harassment against him in the workplace. Mr. Touri returned to work but then stopped again after receiving a medical diagnosis. According to Mr. Touri, that absence was once again related to harassment in the workplace.
