Summary

Case summaries are prepared by the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada (Law Branch). Please note that summaries are not provided to the Judges of the Court. They are placed on the Court file and website for information purposes only.

The applicant was declared a vexatious litigant by the Federal Court in 2015. His appeal from that decision was dismissed as was his application for leave to appeal. The applicant brought a motion record for reconsideration of Federal Court’s direction, for an order of mandamus against some of the defendants, and for the rescission of the vexatious litigant order. The Federal Court refused the motion for filing and the Federal Court of Appeal dismissed the applicant’s motion.
