In March 2022, the respondents applied to the Superior Court of Quebec for an order authorizing the provision of care in respect of the applicant, S.B., under s. 395 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The Superior Court granted the application and issued an order authorizing the provision of care to S.B. for a period of three years. The Court of Appeal of Quebec dismissed S.B.’s appeal.
