Summary
Case summaries are prepared by the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada (Law Branch). Please note that summaries are not provided to the Judges of the Court. They are placed on the Court file and website for information purposes only.
The applicant brought an application against the respondents seeking declaratory relief. The motion judge determined that the present application is an attempt to relitigate similar allegations attacking the judicial system itself made by the applicant in a number of other proceedings. The motion judge found that the application had no merit and was frivolous, vexatious, and an abuse of process. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
