The applicant received a statement of offence for having driven his vehicle in excess of the speed limit, in violation of s. 328 of the Highway Safety Code, CQLR, c. C 24.2. The Municipal Court judge convicted the applicant of the offence. The Superior Court judge granted the respondent’s motion to dismiss the appeal, and the Court of Appeal dismissed the applicant.
