Applicant Akm Harun-Ar-Rashid brought a petition before the Supreme Court of British Columbia which, among other things, advanced legal claims against respondent Trish Kolotyluk and respondent Board of Education of School District No. 35 (Langley) (hereafter, “Langley”).
Langley and Ms. Kolotyluk each filed applications seeking to be removed from the proceedings, along with other relief. The chambers judge granted all of the orders sought and awarded special costs. The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal in part.
