The motion judge granted the respondent’s motion for summary judgment finding that the applicants jointly and severally owed the respondent a total of $131,854 on three promissory notes and a mortgage as well as interest in a specified rate on the amount due under each contract from the date of default.
The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
