Mr. Christofi filed notices of appeal from provincial court judgments in the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. The Court of King’s Bench struck the notices but noted that Mr. Christofi could apply for leave to re-file them in accordance with conditions set out in an earlier court order. The Court of Appeal of Alberta dismissed Mr. Christofi’s application for permission to appeal.
