In the context of longstanding litigation initiated by Mr. Hud, the respondents have all moved for dismissal of the action against them.
A judge of the Superior Court of Justice set the timetable that the parties were to adhere to in relation to the motion to dismiss. The Court of Appeal quashed Mr. Hud’s appeal of the scheduling order for lack of jurisdiction.
